Hand out questionnaires to the citizens

Lilly in the Vault City Headquarters will ask you to hand out questionnaires to the citizens. You can hand them out to people in bluesuits, or their servants, although handing a questionnaire to a servant will get you a negative response from Lilly when you complete the quest. You have 12 hours in-game to complete the quest.

Rewards

500 xp for handing them out to citizens, or
Only 200 xp if you handed any of them out to servants, and
Additional 200 xp if you can correct errors on the questionnaire (requires IN 10).
