Critical Hit

The critical hits you cause in combat are more devastating than ordinary hits. And also can have additional effects on the target.

Critical hit to a body part

• A critical hit into the eyes or head can instantly bring you to 0 HP (no matter how much HP you have).
• A critical hit into the eyes can knock you down, make you lose your next turn, or blind you.
• A critical hit to a leg can knock you down or cripple your leg.
• A critical hit to the groin can knock you down or out.
• A critical hit to an arm can cripple it, or make you drop your weapon.

Related perks and traits

• Better Criticals affects how a successful critical would hit on the target (gives you a better chance of crippling, knocking down, etc...), but it doesn't affect your critical chance.
