When you talk to [[San Marino]] in [[San Francisco]]'s judiciary building he introduces himself to you as "the King Shit of Bounty Hunters".
He tracks down the groups of [[Desperados]] who keep attacking the [[Caravans]] and is looking to hire bounty hunters to take care of them.
Expect to meet a group of [[NPC]]s with 1302 [[HP]] if you accept the bounty.
