An abandoned compound, but might be frequented by [[Raiders]] and other, more deadly foes. It is an old factory/laboratory and watch out - it is a [[Full Loot Drop]] location! A good place for [[PvP]]. There is a working elevator that takes you from ground level to the 2nd floor, but you'll need [[Talchem Key|some special key]] to get beyond the heavy doors.

Once inside the "main gate", use the next console to close the heavy double doors, and open the big vault blast door. This door works oppositely from the main gates. Expect to be attacked here by multiple sentry robots!
Many lockers and boxes are locked so make sure you have some [[Expanded Lockpick Set]]s.
