Standing in the middle of 2nd Street, just outside the '''Jungle Gym''', near Franchy, Sims, Paine, Three Card Monte and Rico. He will call you a "pilot" and say you need some [[Jet]]. He claims to sell a lot of [[Jet]] but seems to only sell a few items from his Inventory, and nothing through dialogue. He only has a few items in inventory so it's hard to take him seriously as a [[Jet]] supplier. He claims he was in a fight defending a girl from some "UGLY" thug, who drew a knife and got in a "lucky cut" before Jimmy canceled him. His story varies sharply from [[Jules]]' version, which is that he cut himself shaving while high on [[Jet]].
