[[Lilly]] in the [[Vault City]] Headquarters will ask you to hand out questionnaires to the citizens. You can hand them out to people in bluesuits, or their servants, although handing a questionnaire to a servant will get you a negative response from [[Lilly]] when you complete the quest.
You have 12 hours in-game to complete the quest. 

== Rewards ==
* 500 [[xp]] for handing them out to citizens, or
* Only 200 [[xp]] if you handed any of them out to servants, and
* Additional 200 [[xp]] if you can correct errors on the questionnaire (requires [[IN]] 10).
