For now, it appears this is mainly an interesting collector's item.

==Obtaining==
* Sometimes obtained from completing the [[Wasteland Scavenger]] quest
* A certain [[Telltale]] mission.
* Possibly from the quest [[You Call This Soup?]]
* Can also be acquired during the [[Mark of the Wanderer]] quest.
* 6 of them can be easily obtained during [[Wacky Wasteland]] quest.

==Uses==
* Bartering this item for currency with an NPC is affected by [[Barter]] and reputations, unfortunately. It's not the best use of this item.
* Can be traded in at a bank for 90 [[caps]] through dialog options. Currently best known use of this item.
