Talk to [[Mira]], the bartender at the [[Rawhide Saloon]], just outside the city's main gate, to get the [[Cigarettes]].

Deliver them to [[Buster]], and he will reward you.

'''NOTE''': If you ask Buster for a [[Lighter]], after giving him [[Cigarettes]], you'll get an error message in the [[Pip-Boy]], instead of the "Quest Completed" entry, though you'll still get the [[XP]], [[Caps]] and a [[Leather Jacket]]. In order to prevent this bug from occurring and to get the correct entry, choose the other dialog option instead: ''"Hey, thanks! I'll try it out right away! [Leave]"''
