Bugs / NCR detective quests do not work

the quests in NCR (FKA Shady Sands) has a series of 4 quests given by Stark, however you cannot actually initiate them

as stark will give you 5 dialogue options, 4 being info of the quests, and the last being a "I don't got time for this" option

It seems nothing activates the quest, for example, doing the string of murders quest will task you to speak with officer deckard nearby, but when speaking to him, no dialouge option connected to the suggested quest appears

this stands the same for the rest of the quests.

It is noted by some, that this quest sometimes work with rerolls but it's not garunteed

Post your faction emblems here so we can add them to updater.

Requirements:
- 15x15 pixels
- .png format
- Provide faction number from ~factionnames list.

Post Namecolorizing color of your faction so we can add it to PublicNamecolorizing and it will work for all players.
Make sure you have tested your chosen colour in game via CustomNamecolorizing first and it's really what you want for your faction.

Requirements:
- RGB format
- Provide faction number from ~factionnames list.

If you want to EDIT your faction icon/colour, make a new post instead of editing the existing one.

Posts that don't meet these requirements will be considered as spam.


Please note:
Faction icons from previous seasons have to be REPOSTED here as faction numbers have changed.
Also, make sure to run UpdaterEx to get an updated version of reloaded002.zip that stores faction icons.

You will be one of the first players to register, and fight your way to the top. You're no quitter. That's why you're here, keeping an eye on this. Heck i bet you're on the Leaderboard. If a guy named HotdogOverdose can reach level 53, then you can do anything. People been solo'ing Dayglow for years, getting Advanced Power Armor over and over and over, plus multiple sets of implants. I traded one of my Vertibirds for a Gauss Rifle. Where did they get a Gauss Rifle? Tier max gear from Dayglow. How? Solo.

They're no better then you. You been playing this for 10+ years. If you want top gear, you get it. You know how. See you in Hub.
